Great all inclusive rates with the top car hire companies in Spain

What do we mean by 'all inclusive'? With almost all of our suppliers we have two main rates: a basic rate (which requires an excess deposit (minimum 1000€) to be left) and a zero excess, maximum cover rate. So, unless you require extras (e.g. younger driver, babyseats, out of hours delivery), the zero excess rate can be considered all inclusive. When you pick up you car at the car rental desk, you won't be asked by the car hire company to pay for additional insurance as their top whack insurance is already included in our price. If you do require extras, the additional cost for these will be indicated during the booking process and on our hire voucher.

If you have any questions regarding our zero excess rates, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Frequently asked questions regarding our different rates

Well, apart from the fact that you won't have to leave a hefty (e.g. 1100€ - 1400€) excess deposit on your card when you pick up the car, you'll benefit from the maximum insurance cover that our suppliers offer. Also, the maximum cover brings with it premium roadside assistance (assistance that you'd very likely have to pay for at the basic rate). Another thing is that you don't need to worry about getting your own 3rd party excess cover.

Yes, you will. Some people mistakenly believe that having one's own excess cover exempts them from having to leave the excess deposit. This is not the case. The only way to avoid the excess deposit is to book at the zero excess rate (or purchase the top-up cover at the desk, which normally works out more expensive than pre-booking). If you do have your own cover and you are charged for damage to the vehicle, you would need to claim this back from your own insurance (which can be time-consuming).

This basically depends on the vehicle size. For small cars, the excess deposit is normally around 1000€, for mid-sized cars it's around 1400€ and for premium models and people carriers it can 2000€ or more.

In this case, you should be very careful to make sure that all preexisting damage is recorded on the car hire contract. You'll obviously need to check the car over before driving off and return to the office if you find any damage that hasn't been recorded. We'd also suggest taking all round photos of the car, focusing any damage. By this means, you'd be able to prove that the damage was already there should the car rental company try to charge you for it at the end of your hire.
